Ready to set off on your own?

Exchanges Canada’s delivery organizations can connect you with others who share your passion for Canadian institutions, history, languages, sports or music. You and your new-found friends will get a chance to spend a few days together at a youth forum talking, swapping ideas and exploring a unique Canadian community.

Are you up for it? Read about youth forums available to you.

Is an exchange more your pace?

Through our delivery organizations, Exchanges Canada offers opportunities for groups of teens to walk in the shoes of youth living elsewhere in Canada. We call these opportunities youth exchanges. You’ll visit someone your own age in a different region of the country, and then show him or her around your own home town.

Or, you could exchange with a youth from another community and spend six weeks working in your second language.

Get in on the fun! Find out about the youth exchanges you have to choose from.

Whatever experience you choose, you’ll never forget it.
