Throughout the conference week, the delegates will research a business-related issue, with the assistance of the volunteer staff resources from across Canada. Each working group of 20-30 delegates will interact with guest resources from a corporate sponsor to investigate the sponsor's business with respect to marketing, human resources and technology. Delegates will also have an opportunity to explore career opportunities and develop a personal plan to assist them in reaching personal goals.
